These Terms of Service apply to your use of hadelpixels.com and to services provided by Hadel Pixel Agency (“Hadel Pixels”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Specific projects may also be governed by a separate proposal or agreement; where there is a conflict, the signed proposal or agreement applies.

1. Our services

We provide web design and development, branding and visual identity, marketing and growth, and business automation services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in the proposal or quote we send you.

2. Quotes and payment

• Quotes are based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated on the quote.
• Unless agreed otherwise in writing, a 50% deposit is required before work begins and the balance is due on completion, before final files are handed over or the project is launched.
• Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before it is carried out.
• Prices on our website are guide “starting from” prices and are not an offer. Your quote confirms the final price.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content and feedback in good time. Project timelines depend on timely responses.
• Ensure you have the right to use any text, images, logos or other materials you give us.
• Review and approve deliverables at agreed milestones.

4. Timelines

Timelines on our website are typical estimates. We will agree a timeline for your project and keep you informed of progress. Delays caused by late content, feedback or payment may extend the timeline.

5. Revisions

Each proposal states the number of revision rounds included. Additional revisions may be charged.

6. Intellectual property

Once full payment is received, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for third-party materials (such as fonts, stock images, plugins or software), which remain subject to their own licences. We may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to in writing.

7. Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domains, plugins, payment gateways or email platforms. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing or changes, and their own terms apply.

8. Maintenance and support

Support after launch is provided as described in your proposal or a separate maintenance agreement.

9. Cancellation

Either party may end a project by written notice. Work completed up to the date of cancellation is payable, and deposits cover work already undertaken.

10. Limitation of liability

We take care to deliver high-quality work, but we do not guarantee specific business results such as rankings, traffic or sales. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.

11. Use of this website

Content on this website is for general information. You may not copy, reproduce or misuse it without our permission. We may update the website and these terms at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
